Montcalm County Career Showcase Information

Careers by choice, not by chance!   

What is the Career Showcase ?

An opportunity for students and their parents to visit a business or industry and learn about the careers found there and their educational requirements, job outlook and wages ranges. Parents are encouraged to attend with their student.  This year's Career Showcase is being sponsored by the Montcalm Area Intermediate School District, Michigan Works!, Greenville Public Schools, Montcalm Community College, and the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.

Who should attend ?

Any Montcalm County student (eighth through twelfth grades & post-graduates), their parents, and educators.

Why should I go ?

To learn more about different careers, the future outlook for that career, the educational requirements for that career, and to discover the monetary rewards for that career. This is one of the first steps in planning future.

When is the Career Showcase ?

Four consecutive weekdays, both afternoons and evenings, March 5 through March 8, 2007.  With varied presentation times, please be sure to check the scheduled time.
